In this paper,the design and application of intelligent vision system in industrial manipulator are studied.The present situation and application of machine vision development technology are studied.Based on the concept of machine vision and the composition of machine vision system and the basic theory of digital image processing,the robot manipulator control system.This topic can be widely used in many fields.The prospect is very bright.Through the development of different applications,it can be widely used in image measurement,surface inspection,automobile manufacturing,product packaging and printing detection.The main research content of this project is to design a robot vision system,which can complete the measurement of different shape objects and obtain the target parameters,design the robot vision system software,and find out the method of obtaining the coordinates of the target center,An oblique edge and the X axis between the angle of the algorithm;the preparation of the program debugging,debugging procedures will be cured to the camera DSP chip,the use of curing procedures to test different shapes of objects.Using RT ToolBox2 software to install the software to manipulate the target object editing,programming,simulation and so on.At present,the system has completed the hardware and software installation and commissioning work,debugging results to achieve the desired results.
