With the development of satellite navigation technology continues to progress rapidly and navigation,the development of satellite navigation industry is closely bound up with national security,economic development and people's daily lives.At the same time,as the continuous upgrading of the demand of satellite navigation technology,users are more and more dependent on satellite navigation system,and the demand for satellite navigation's service quality is also getting higher and higher.Because the navigation's service quality is very vulnerable to the adverse effects of the external environment,which prevent the satellite navigation system's positioning services seriously,the research of service quality evaluation technology is becoming more and more important.The research task is derived from the National 863 subject project-“Multi-mode navigation service quality monitoring system & the development and demonstration of simulation test system".The main work of this paper is on the evaluation to the abnormal effects of signal quality changed to the service quality.Firstly,the research on evaluation index of the service and navigation system quality,i.e.the four technical indicators-accuracy integrity,continuity and availability,the analysis of pseudo range positioning principle and the principle of carrier phase constant,and to simulate the effects to navigation service quality indicators and the navigation positioning impacted by faulty satellite(which makes the observation pseudo-range of receiver occurs deviations).Secondly,the research on receiver autonomous integrity monitoring algorithm,and analyze the traditional least square residual method thoroughly.On account of the problems exist in traditional least square residual method,coming up with a novel RAIM integrity monitoring algorithm,complete the simulation and verification of new algorithm.Finally,based on the fifty-four scientific research environment,accomplish the evaluation of navigation service quality through test,Completing experimental connecting the navigation abnormal signal simulation system experiment environment.By setting the simulation software of the abnormal observed quantity,completing various abnormal pseudo range simulations of the satellite navigation system,outputting measurement information using novatel 638 receiver,evaluating the impact of unusual pseudo range on air service quality using service evaluation software,then transplanting the new integrity monitoringalgorithm to the novatel 638 receiver.
