Today the world has came into the information age,communication is one of the most promising emerging industries in current process,terrestrial communications technology has been getting perfect,while the development of underwater communication technology is just begin.With the exploration of marine resources by hunman,underwater acoustic network communication technology has gained widely attention and further study by its huge military and commercial value.Communication in the marine environment has its unique parts,though you can use a cable or fiber-optic to carry out underwater acoustic communication,large fixed platform and great number of communication equipments would bring lots of trouble to the experiment.Therefore,wireless communication system has widely used these years.However,underwater acoustic communication protocol is more complicated.besides,the great difficulty and the high cost of the field test are also the problem we have to face to.Thus,it has the practical significance to develop a simulation software that can test communication devices and verify network protocols in the lab.Under the above background,the paper has designed a multi-node underwater acoustic communication simulation software.which has the function of underwater acoustic channel simulation and network communication.The whole software contains two parts,named node imitation part and display and control part.Node imitation part has the function to provide communication platform to devices.Which transmits analog signals into digital signals through sound card sampling and send the signal to the computer.then the channel impulse and Gausssian noise would be added to the signal.That's the whole process of the situation.and use Bellhop to generate channel acoustic image,then the data will be treated by interface software.The paper focus on module testing and integration testing,The results shows that the software performs well,Substantially in line with expectations of design.
