Today,China has become a manufacturing power,more and more products marked Made In China label.Market demand continues to expand,followed by more and more problems,product quality is not high,low production efficiency seriously affect the development of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,we must break the barriers to change the way of processing,improve product quality and production efficiency is the key to the problem.The 3D printer with its unique technical advantages quickly in the product manufacturing industry occupies a place,has gradually become a mainstream processing technology,and known as the "third industrial revolution began." 3D printer through layers of superimposed printing(layer by layer),making parts processing from structural constraints,complex parts can also be simple processing.Therefore,to a certain extent,reduce the difficulty of processing.Making all walks of life designers,to quickly obtain the product of the physical model to facilitate the change according to their needs design.As the 3D printing technology into China's late,broad prospects for development,but in key technologies and product promotion is still just started,faced with many problems.Especially in the printing cost,print color,print efficiency and print accuracy with the developed countries in Europe and the United States there is no small gap between the 3D print technology research is very practical.In this paper,for the current market FDM-type 3D printer can only print a single color,print color need to manually refueling and other issues,designed by a system program control,can achieve the printing nozzle color replacement control system.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the control system is given according to the structure and working principle of the 3D printer.Atmel Mega2560 as the core of the 3D printer control system,compared with the traditional 89 series single-chip operating frequency,processing performance,memory space has many advantages,making the circuit design easier.The 3D printer control system mainly includes hardware system design and software system design.The hardware system mainly comprises a motor drive module,a temperature control module,an LCD liquid crystal display module and a serial communication module.The software is the control center of the 3D printer,which mainly includes five parts: the first part is the stepping motor S-type acceleration and deceleration curve algorithm,realized without losing the case to improve the stepper motor speed and control accuracy;the second part is the temperature Control procedures to achieve the heating of the nozzle and the temperature of the stable control to ensure that the printer material evenly extruded to ensure the continuity and accuracy of printing;the third part is the serial communication program to achieve the print status of the feedback and stability control;Part of the LCD driver,used to achieve temperature display and other;the fifth part is the wire material replacement process,through the control of the 3D print head splicing and separation of different colors to achieve the replacement of silk,and thus achieve 3D color printing.Finally,through the simulation and print physical model,test the overall performance of the 3D printer.From the test results,this paper designed FDM-based color 3D printer control system is stable,you can achieve automatic color change,the system hardware and software to meet the design requirements.
