As the rapid development of electronic science and technology,the function of electronic equipment is more and more complicated and its degree of integration is getting higher and higher,thus promoting the rapid development of circuit board automatic measurement system.In order to improve the development efficiency of automatic measurement process,this paper designs and implements a visualization software platform for automatic test system of circuit board and the main work includes:1?The control function of the instrument which realizes the control operation of the computer to the measuring instrument is completed by using the IVI technical specification.Then design and implement the graphic components which encapsulate the instrument control functions.2?Based on the.Net FrameWork environment,the user interface of software platform is build.Different types of hash tables are built in the software platform to implement the variable pool module to support the developers to add and delete custom variables.And the function of compiling and running test process is relizated which can help developers to check the process errors and ensure the correct execution of the process.3?In the software platform,the automatic test system of the circuit board is realized by intergrating the vision positioning platform and the three axis motion positioning platform.In addition,the corresponding visual components are added and improved,and the control of the measuring instrument,the acquisition of the position information of the measured components and the motion control of the measuring probe are realized in the software platform.4?According to the design requirements of the system,the software platform and the circuit board automatic test system are tested.At present,the test project has been passed.The test results show that the software platform can be used to control the measuring instrument and transmit the data with the instrument by using the visual components and the automatic test system can achieve a high degree of automation measurement.
