Research On Network Public Opinion Propagation And Control With Latency In Closed Environment

Social network era has put an unprecedented range of goods and information right at our fingertips.It promotes the network public opinion with the characteristics of being open,free,quickly to transmit and spreading widely.If we do not take the correct understanding and supervision,it will bring great harm to the development and stability of society.In view of the similarity of propagation mechanism between the spread of public opinion information and the infectious diseases,we develop a SLIRmodel for information diffusion.The new model has overcome the weakness for simple classification of groups.Besides,in the information age,the public opinion of the network is suddenly,and it also highlights the short term,so we assume that the research group is in a enclosed environment.Once public opinion announced,it is necessary to carry out the timely isolation from the content,carrier and channel.We depict the impact of isolation strategy on the transmission dynamics of network public opinion.It is the innovation of this paper that how to select the reference value in order to achieve the optimal control state in a short time.From the view of cybernetics,the paper constructs a control system with the objective function of maximizing social utility.The optimal solution is acquired by using the Pontryagin's Maximum Principle.Lastly,the simulations to the opinion control efficacy are accomplished,so the effectiveness of the control methods in the network public opinion is verified.Although the isolation strategy can play a control role in the dissemination of public opinion,it could not prevent the susceptible people quick access to the relevant information into the latently infected state.The education level and ability to judge right from wrong for the people belong to incubation period will eventually become the key to its spread or not;In addition,to some extent,it harm the free-speech rights of citizen.On this basis,education strategy is introduced in the model.By reducing the infected rate of network public opinion,it can weak the speed and scale of public opinion in the early period,and finally reducing the negative impact of the social cause.Control theory and simulation are also applicable in this scheme.
