Design And Implementation Of Mobile Rounds System Based On PHS

With the development of informatization of hospitals,the form of medical staffs holding the medical records making the rounds of the wards is gradually changing.Under the traditional way,the medical staff need to carry a lot of paper documents for ward rounds,and need to record some related measurement data at any time,and then into the computer,which will bring a lot of troubles and defects.Therefore,research on the project of mobile ward rounds improving the level of informatization of hospitals is very necessary,through integration of mobile ward rounds system and HIS(hospital information system),it will not only bring great convenience to doctors and nurses,but also will save valuable time for patients'diagnosis and treatment.Based on the overview of the research background and significance,the current situation and demand of mobile ward rounds system are analyzed,and finally-based on the PHS framework and HE JAVA development environment,designing and implementing a mobile ward rounds system.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)The functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.On this basis,doing overall design,module design,interface design and database design for the mobile ward rounds system.Through analyzing the data flow of the system,the data exchange of the system is optimized,and the error handling mechanism is designed.2)To solve the problem of cross platform of the mobile terminal,based on mobile application PhoneGap technology,developing the PHS framework technology combined with Hibernate and Spring,using Hibernate framework to achieve access to data management and using Spring framework to realize the interactive management for affairs,which can solve the problem of cross platform data access and interactive management for affairs,supporting mobile terminal of different operating system.3)Based on the JAVA development environment,achieving a mobile ward rounds system,mainly including doctor workstation module,nurse workstation module,administrator workstation module and error handling module mechanism module.And the system is tested and analyzed,the results show that its system functions and performances meet the design and application requirements.The realization of mobile ward rounds system based on PHS helps to solve the heavy workload,error prone and time-consuming problem caused by traditional ward rounds,and also has a certain reference value and practical significance to the improvement of informatization level of hospitals and hospital ward rounds problem.
