In recent years,China's commercial banks and financial institutions have responded to the call of the state to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy,and actively carried out farmer's loan.However,as the demand for funds raised by most farmers is higher,the risk of farmers' loan products is higher,which makes the development of farmer's loan business have some problems,and the problem of farmer's difficulty in using funds is prominent.In order to reduce the overdue risk of the borrowers(farmers)and solve the problem of farmer's difficulty in using funds,the importance of the corresponding loan surley insurance products is more obvious.With the development of information technology,the approval of loan and insurance business gradually advances to informatization,and the importance of management approval system is gradually reflected.With the application and development of insurance management and approval system,the system can simplify the business approval process;improve processing efficiency,hava a better process and management for the business,and standardize the business process better.In view of the current probles of China' s farmers mortgage surely insurance management approval system,focus on business situation which in Tai'an of Bank of China and the Bank of China Insurance Company,especially the development of farmers mortgage and surely insurance situation,have an investigation on the necessity and requirement analysis of farmers mortgage surely insurance management approval system.On the bsis of that,take the Bank of China farmers mortgage surely insurance management approval system as an example,uses the design method of SSH framework and the three-tier B/S architecture.The system is divided into three parts:the presentation layer,the business logic layer and the data service layer.The presentation layer adopts CSS,Html and JavaScript,the business logic layer adopts Java,and the data service layer adopts Oracle database.With the MyEclipse development platform,Java EE technology,and Struts2 + Spring+ Hibernate framework to design the function moduel and database for farmers mortgage surely insurance management approval system.Designs five main function modules.The syetem solves the problem of business process and the efficiency of management approval system of the current industry,and the practicability,reliability and operability is guaranteed.
