Design And Implementation Of The One-card Approval System Based On NET Platform For Farmers

As countries increase of benefit farming policy, farmers enjoy state subsidies and allowance money increasingly. Increased subsidies account brought trouble for farmers, different kinds of subsidies for the department in charge of issuing work bring trouble. In order to ensure the standardization and efficiency, one-card approval system is designed. System merges all the original accounts to one, which will be used for all allowances. One-card approval system simulates the actual subsidies process and realizes all the functions.One-card approval system contains all the functions of submit and approval process. This article involved area management, farmer information management and allowance submit function on the level of village office finance. Based on demand analysis, the subsidies of the overall business process can be divided into different modules including functional diagram. In system design part, according to the result of requirement analysis, the system is designed by architecture of C/S architecture. On the same time, It is designed that the design of database table structure and the relationship between each table. This part also includes the detailed function design of each function module and sequence diagrams. Based on system design, System implementation part includes software function design in detail. Sequence diagrams are converted to program code. This part also includes the configuration of the remote database, the technology of NPOI import and export documents and each function module implements in detail. System testing part mainly includes the emphasis of the different testing functions and the key test content and result is given. All the testing results proves the robustness of the system.The implement of one-card approval system ensures the money issued safely, timely and accurately. Account merged solves the multiple accounts trouble for farmers. The allowance money can be issued on the financial inner Internet now. It reduces report process and distribution cost, ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of allowance issue.
