The Analysis And Design Of Teacher Management Dystem Based On Text Data Mining

Teaching is an important link in the process of personnel training in Colleges and universities,it is also the focus of the work of colleges and universities.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the construction of university teaching management information,for example,in the business of student management as the center,the lack of teachers as the focus of the business management system.According to the actual situation of our hospital,this paper puts forward a teacher management system based on text data mining,which focuses on solving the problems of business management,such as teaching,scientific research,experimental teaching and student evaluation.The data mining technology from various types of data,find out the relationship,provide scientific basis for decision-making,and it is meaningful research on data mining,especially the special data type information for data mining.This paper includes four parts as follows:Firstly,this paper is a brief overview of research background and significance,analysis of research and application status of domestic and foreign teachers management system,put forward a new management system based on text data mining algorithm;Secondly,from multiple level analysis of the definition of data mining,the process and related algorithms.Third,aiming at the drawbacks of existing data mining algorithms,this paper presents a text classification algorithm based on Data Mining Technology(CEPSO-SVM)and focuses on the analysis,using the collaborative optimization evolutionary particle swarm optimization algorithm to realize the parameter vector machine,to solve the problem of parameter optimization of support vector machine in text classification algorithm to improve the text the classification results.Fourth,the overall design of functional requirements,detailed analysis of the model of teacher management system,focus on the design of data mining platform,constructed by the technology of SOA system structure,by changing the workflow engine and the WebServices to exchange data integration technology,key technology research ETL.Based on the actual teachers of our college teaching evaluation process for effective data mining,the use of expert knowledge base and related theoretical basis,provides two basic methods,namely policy analysis model and information research method,decision making in the management of colleges and universities to conduct a comprehensive decision support and theoretical support.
