Design And Implementation Of Large Shopping Mall Visual Management Platform Based On BIM

With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for a variety of commodities is also increasing,and a large number of large shopping malls are emerging.The operation and management of large shopping malls has gradually become the concern of people.With the rapid development of computer network technology,management methods gradually evolved to the visualization stage.Visual management uses information technology,so that relevant managers can clearly and intuitively grasp the effective information of enterprises,so as to achieve transparent and visual management.At the same time,BIM technology,as a multidimensional building model information management technology,has attracted more and more attention.The abundant information contained in the BIM model can provide strong information support for the operation management decision and implementation of the building.The paper is based on BIM technology and visualization technology to construct a visual management platform for large shopping malls.And it will display the information of all levels of shopping malls in a visual and multi-dimensional perspective so as to provide better services for the management and use of malls.This paper analyzes the needs of large shopping mall management,brand business use and platform operation,and designs and implements a large shopping mall visualization management platform.A variety of visualization technologies are used to realize map visualization,shopping mall peripheral environment panoramic roaming,shop 3D model display,data analysis chart generation and so on.Based on BIM technology,3D display of shopping mall BIM model is implemented on browser side.It facilitates users to see the inner structure,model component information and interaction operation of store floor,and realizes BIM model switching to 2D floor,showing store layout and details.The platform realizes the omni-directional display of the information from the geographical location to the external environment,the internal structure,the spatial layout,the shop details and the operation analysis of the large shopping mall,which greatly improves the efficiency of the operation and management of the shopping mall.
