The Design And Realization Of Perinatal Hematopoietic Stem Cell Business System

Perinatal hematopoietic stem cell business system is one of the most important information systems in cord blood bank management information systems.As the research on perinatal hematopoietic stem cell gets more and more in-depth and professional in the world,more and more people choose to store umbilical cord blood at the birth of the newborn,the computerization of the hematopoietic stem cell business system has become the inevitable trend of modern cord blood bank.Based on the development and application of hematopoietic stem cell business system of some cord blood bank,this paper uses object-oriented analysis method to complete the architecture design of the system,formulates detailed working procedure,and analyzes specific business requirements.The system use case model is established by using UML.Taking Java and Oracle as development tools,a complete perinatal hematopoietic stem cell business system is formed by using bar codes as a full lifecycle model.The perinatal hematopoietic stem cell business system makes it possible to achieve the data tracking and dynamic management in the whole process of the collection,reception,separation,cryopreservation,and testing for umbilical cord blood.The link of testing provides testing of micro-free virus,aerobic bacteria,and anaerobic bacteria,CD34 positive cell detection and progenitor cell culture,erythrocyte detection,HLA classification testing and other major functions for the microbial immunology laboratory,cell biology laboratory,and HLA matching laboratory.Through the construction of the system,the systematization of the cord blood storage business processing is finally realized.The business process and data is standardized by reducing the redundant links with accurate data and operations,thus changing the situations in manual management of the liability to forming data island,complex process,low efficiency,and inconvenient operation,so as to improve efficiency,shorten business processing time,strengthen business accuracy,and thus better manage this part of the health wealth.
