In this era of Internet of things and cloud computing,enterprise own traditional TMS warehouse logistics management system has been unable to meet the needs of remote logistics highly informative and intelligent.Under this background,this paper proposed and designed a kind of internal optimization of oTMS RFID tag antenna optimization module and database support,external links to the strength of the service provider,the logistics business will be upgrading the original TMS storage,RFID and oTMS have formed the core competitiveness of the fusion system.This paper is based on the analysis of the technical principle and performance index of RFID tag,it obtains the main performance parameters that restricted the RFID antenna.And starting from the optimum design of antenna,a kind of antenna structure which includes double loop and be symmetrical is designed in this paper.Through the modeling of BP neural network.in this network model,the fastest gradient iterative algorithm was adopted and the initialized weight value were optimized and this model has obtained a forecast data that close to real data.On the basis of that,the internal size of the antenna is optimized.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design of the oTMS antenna.In another aspect,this paper from the view of system integration of RFID Tag Optimization and oTMS external fusion made design and planning,first analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the mainstream TMS system,and then puts forward the technical architecture of the oTMS system,namely the component mainstay infrastructure as enterprise TMS.Choosing oTMS own and integrated third party logistics enterprise management platform and logistics e-commerce promotion platform as the external platform,The RFID communication management module takes the internal TMS as the core.The hardware pin access circuit and related improved database are designed for the inner TMS module.It can be tested by tag antenna and readers.This shows the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper,at the same time,it also improved the RFID technical indicators of data reading effectively.
