The construction of information army wins the information-based war. It requires higher standard for the logistics management of information. Military storage is an essential process in logistics material support, and there are many problems to be solved in management technology, style and security. Combined with modern management techniques to develop a safe and reasonable storage materials management platform, and to gradually replace the traditional management methods in order to improve management efficiency and the level of protection, has become an important task of the military logistical support.Combined with the RFID (radio frequency identification) technology, the "Triones Positioning" communication technology and related theories, a modern logistics system structure is analyzed and designed. The system construction goal, functional structure, software business process are discussed in this paper. Passive RF label in the system is designed combined with practice. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) The demand analysis of the system. Through the analysis of material management process, the development direction of the framework for the system is established. The goal of the system construction and the functional structure are introduced. Based on the existing data, feasibility of RF communications system technology is analyzed.2) The design of the passive RF label. The passive RF label used in the subject is analyzed and designed. Principle of passive tags for energy is expounded. Interface circuit, safety encryption module and tags in digital circuits are introduced.3) The implementation design of the system. The system framework is planned and designed according to the goal. First, the system hardware is selected. Then, the whole framework of the system is established. In the end, the system function module and communication interface are analyzed and explained.4) Software functions of the material management platform are described.The research results have been applied to a "military material logistics management platform" which has practical significance for the security force construction.
