With the rapid development of society,people's basic necessities of life have been greatly improved and cars have been indispensable tools in daily life.Community has also become a smart ecosystem,not just to meet people's comfortable living.The increasing number of cars and the limited parking spaces often lead to frequent parking disorder phenomenon causing disputes between the owners and the property.The traditional solution is to manually manage the parking spaces by the property personnel,which is inefficient and requires a significant manpower.With the development of video image technology,intelligent monitoring system has entered the community management.The system adopts intelligent video surveillance to detect disorderly parked vehicles.The intelligent monitoring system can effectively regulate the residential parking.At the same time,the efficiency and accuracy of property management can be improved.The paper design a set of community violation monitoring system for the phenomenon of random parking.The system consists of the following parts: sports vehicle detection,sports vehicle tracking,vehicle static judgment,vehicle violation judgment and license plate recognition.(1)Sports vehicle detection.The object detection algorithm of information fusion is adopted to detect the moving vehicle detection.The algorithm combines five frame differences,Canny operator and Surendra background subtraction,which can effectively overcome the interference of noise and the variation of the light.(2)Sports vehicle tracking.Camshift algorithm combined with Kalman filtering is used to vehicle tracking.The algorithm can track the vehicle effectively under the interference of severe occlusion and similar background color.(3)Vehicle stillness judgment.Determine the vehicle status through the background pixel changes.(4)Vehicle violation judgment.Set the distance threshold and the residence time threshold to the forbidden area for the vehicles.The two parameters are used to determine whether the vehicles is in violation.(5)License plate recognition.Use mathematical morphology to make a rough location of the license plate.On the basis of coarse positioning,the precise positioning of the license plate is realized through the license plate color information.After pinpointing the license plate,the license plate is tilt-corrected,character-separated and identified.The license plate is eventually identified through these steps.(6)The software platform is built to simulate the test and the feasibility of the system is verified by the detection of the vehicle.
