The Design And Implementation Of The Call Records Analysis System For Procuratorate

With the rapid development of society,economy,culture,science and technology,Big data,cloud computing,modern communication technology applications,job-related crimes also presents new features,the characteristics of concealment,complication,intelligence,grouping and trans regional characteristics are becoming more and more obvious.Meanwhile,with the implementation of the new code of criminal procedure,the investigation activities of procuratorial organ have been put forward higher requirements.Procuratorial organs how to adapt to the new situation and strengthen the legal supervision functions as the main thrust of procuratorial work,all of which have made great challenges and opportunitys to the investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty.Therefore,the procuratorial organs should adopt new technology,new means and new measures.In order to promote the modernization of investigation methods of crime by taking advantage of duty,the author designed and implemented the online version of "the procuratorial organ statement analysis system".The system collects the billing data of the related personnel,storage in accordance with the unified standard,analysis detailed call list,time of call close contact,call base station,mutual communication,common contacts,holding number,suspected relationship recommendation,time correlation,the number of meetings of the target trajectory,to master the communication rules of the target personnel.As long as the investigators through a simple operation can be included in the list of all call information at a glance,and then complete the telephone records analysis report,assistant leadership decision-making,provide an objective basis for investigating and solving crimes,and provide information services and support for investigation of crimes by taking advantage of duty.In the development of the system,the idea of SOA architecture to realize service break up the whole into parts decomposition,arrangement,based on the fast component of business applications,to adapt to the development of future business transformation.Software requirements,design,and development processes are modeled using UML,and data is exchanged between the internal and external through the XML.The software design of distributed architecture based on J2EE standard,the system is platform independent,improve system arrangement,reduce the cost of maintenance and management,to achieve a high degree of flexibility and scalability of the system design.The software adopts the access mode of B/S,follows the general Web browser standard realization,and supports the information display technology without plug-in.The data is managed by Oracle 11 g database.This paper first analyzes the background of system development and the current situation at home and abroad,and then puts forward the requirement analysis of system development.In the part of system design,the detailed design of the main modules of the system is introduced from the aspects of system function design and database design,and then introduces the realization of the system is described by a part of running pictures and source code,and finally,the application prospects of the system is presented.
