DWDM system in the backbone network has been a large number of applications,it improves the information transmission capacity.But in the case of dramatic increase of the data of Internet of things,mobile phone access network,it is still in short supply.Therefore,based on the original communication equipment,the applications of 100GHz coherent communication in DWDM are widely valued,the application not only in the backbone network,and gradually extended to the metro network or even access network.In order to solve the problem of light source,this paper designs an Integrable Tunable Laser Assembly based on V-cavity semiconductor laser.This assembly uses the ARM microprocessor as the control core,through the hardware and firmware design,to achieve the three electrodes of the laser injection current and TEC drive temperature control,so that it can output a specific wavelength.Then use the F-P standard to monitor the wavelength,through the PID fine-tuning method to achieve a 50GHz channel spacing,40 channels in the C-band tunable wavelength,wavelength fluctuation range of ± 0.3GHz within the wavelength lock function.Finally,through the UART communication,the component will upload the channel data,working status,alarm signal and other data to the host computer,so that users can more flexible control components.
