The laser has the advantages of good alignment,high ranging accuracy and less environmental impact.Since the 1960 s,the laser has been widely used in high precision measuring instruments and has been widely used in military and civilian fields.With the continuous development of digital signal processing technology,laser high precision 3D point cloud imaging technology has become the focus of research.In this paper,three kinds of commonly used laser ranging methods(pulse ranging,phase ranging and FM ranging)are used to realize laser high precision 3D point cloud imaging.This paper mainly implements the hardware part,including the phase modulation signal based on the semiconductor laser,the transmission part and the receiving part of the laser linear frequency modulation signal,and the high-speed signal processing part.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly,Introduces the realization principle of three different modes of laser ranging,and puts forward the realization scheme of the topic based on the theory of algorithm theory,and analyze the feasibility of the program according to the system parameters.Secondly,The design of analog circuit part mainly includes the design of the laser phase modulation signal source,the design of large band LFM signal source and the receiving design of the echo signal.According to the scheme block diagram,the process of selecting the main chip is introduced in detail.and the key parameters of the chip are introduced according to the project index.Analysis of the power supply topology and some key points that need to be paid attention to during the design process of PCB.The actual performance of the PCB is analyzed and tested.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by comparing the actual test results with the theoretical parameters.Thirdly,The high-speed signal processing part mainly includes the chip selection,high-speed signal processing board schematic design,PCB design and board workflow design.In this paper,the signal processing board based on the mainstream architecture of FPGA and DSP design,supplemented by AD to complete the simulation signal acquisition process,introduced the hardware design of the board,interface debugging design,datatransmission control,workflow and other implementation,The working state of the module is analyzed,and the result analysis under the actual working condition is given.Last but not least,A brief introduction of the PC interface and gives PC control process based on the hardware system,displays and analysis of the imaging results of three different models,and through the analysis of the hardware module of point cloud imaging results of the system indicators,While the introduction of the point cloud data for the secondary development of the subject.Finally,Summarize the design of the system,and put forward some prospects for the subsequent optimization of the subject to achieve laser high precision 3D point cloud imaging.
