laser distance measuring in military and civil domains have very big significance, is widely used in industrial processing, medical treatment, military damage etc.This dissertation complete the main tasks:Design the laser ranging system specific analog circuit hardware, including laser choice, designed triode amplifier modulation circuit, photoelectric receiving device used in the choice of APD avalanche diode, designed high produce circuit, designed preamplification circuit, designed with crystal filter of narrow-band filtering, designed AGC circuit with AD603, the design difference frequency circuit with NE602, designed active low-pass filter circuit, designed binarization circuit.Design the laser ranging system specific digital circuit hardware, including the use of FPGA complete digital test phase, design DDS circuit design, use of Altera NiosII soft core complete data processing, and display.
