As the developing of modern industrial production process,production management presents complex and production controlling to optimization,and industry occurs enormous tendency in the modern industrial production process.So it is difficult to make the traditional production fault diagnosis system meet the requirements of market control.Therefore,fault diagnosis research of modern industrial production process to improve manufacturing benefit by new technology and theory has become the huge problem of process control and product analysis in modern industry.If there is a fault in modern industrial production process,this fault need be inspected and found,and a effective measure need be taken to improve and mended for the steady operation of industrial production process and product requirement.But there are a great deal of repeating fault or high probability defect,false warning and fail warning will be appeared to influence the steady operation of industrial production process and product requirement.Noting fault diagnose is main reason in this state when false warning and fail warning will be appeared.Distributed multi state monitoring and information technology provided a new approach for the steady operation of industrial production process and product requirement.For effectively solving the traditional simple fault diagnosis of modern industrial production process,highly analyzing production control mode and strategy,the operating mechanism and inner rule of fault diagnosis in modern industrial production process were analyzed by the characteristic,structure,and function of agent;multi-agent algorithm based on particle swarm optimization was established by means of characteristics and architecture research of multi-agent system;A integrated fault diagnose network was produced by means of traditional ways of multiple computers communication,and the system frame of distributed industrial production process based on multi agent was established by fault diagnose framework of distributed industrial production process.This system frame can obtain,analyze,forecast,and evaluate product information of industrial production process on the basis of Information transmission and communication between host computer and equipment.Distributed control architecture for modern industrial production process fault diagnosis was constructed by task scheduling strategy and structure of multi-agent;the distributed control communication model and operation mechanism of modern industrial production process fault diagnosis was analyzed by construction and development of database and network system;finally,the function,structure,software and hardware of distributed control system in modern industrial production process fault diagnosis based on multi-agent was designed,and application of distributed control system was presented.In this case,the production process condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of a pneumatic valve production enterprise is an example to verify and apply the distributed fault diagnosis system based on multi agent in the valve industry,and to establish a distributed fault diagnosis system which is more suitable for modern industrial processes.This example can provide a support for the development and application of the theory of distributed fault diagnosis in the process of expanding the industrial process control capability.It can provide support for the production optimal control of modern industrial production process fault diagnosis;can provide reference for development and application of the theory of fault diagnosis,scheduling and process optimization.The result will enrich knowledge theory of multi-agent,and will provide a theoretical basis for further development of industrial processes.
