Design And Implementation Of Network Public Opinion Monitoring System In Municipal Power Company

With the continuously improvement of information level in China's electric power system,the electric power company's business has used the way of network and digitization essentially.The public Internet service has become an important business management guidance power and decision analysis and reference.In order to improve demotic power company in the decision-making process more scientific and power supply company image position in society.The collection,monitoring and analysis of network public opinion have an important significance for the daily management of the power company.In this context,many domestic power companies have proposed the research and development tasks of network public opinion monitoring and analysis system platform.So the public opinion data collection and analysis could be realized by the use of information technology and tools,and could also make the daily decision-making more and more scientific and correct.The design and implementation work of network public opinion monitoring system in Nanchong Power Company is researched and studied in this thesis.The system is developed by the use of Java Web technology in J2 EE platform and network crawler technology.And the theories and technologies used in the system development work are also introduced in this thesis.In the study work of this thesis,the research situation of network monitoring public opinion and related technologies are researched firstly,and the research content and structure is also proposed.Secondly,the related theories and technologies foundation are analysis,including data mining,Web pages purification technology,Chinese word segmentation and Web crawler technology,etc.Thirdly,the demand analysis work of the system is researched and studied,including systems development background,to achieve templates,functional requirements,and other non-functional requirements,etc.Fourthly,the design and implementation work of the system is introduced on the basic of demand analysis work,including the overall system design,module design,database design,and system function module development realization,etc.Finally,the testing work of the system is proposed,including system testing environment,function deployment,the test setup,test methods,test results,etc.The network public opinion monitoring system of Nanchong Power Company introduced in this thesis could realize the Internet relevant Web pages capture,purification and storage automatically.And the captured data is stored in the opinion database system,which could provide a reference for the decision support of staffs.So,the system could improve the quality of decision making in power company,and also has an important significance for other domestic power companies.
