| China aging problem has become a serious problem,a surge in the number of disabled old people need to be cared.Chinese government highly valued the problem of aging,asked relevant departments to develop pension services.For the pension services industry,it can deepen understanding and promote the development of the industry that using information management system.Meanwhile,information management system provides the basis for the foundation industry management,quality control and supervision,effectively promote the upgrading of industry standardization of pension services.Pension institution information management system can improve the management efficiency of the pension institution,and improve service levels.According to the requirements of the construction of management information system for pension institution,this paper researches the need of pension institution,system analysis,system design and implementation,and system testing work for the management of pension institutions.This paper at first researches the Pension institution management process,and the information system needs.On this basis,we conducted a needs analysis and a data modeling,and design the overall architecture and the database of the system.This paper analyses functions and performance requirements of project construction,and designs technical program of the project construction based on the needs analysis.Based on the using features and application scenarios of pension institution management information system,the architecture model of system uses Browser / Server architecture,which provides quick and efficient maintenance mode in early development and later maintenance.Combined with the characteristics of the Pension institution information management system,we design this system.This system is divided into five functional modules that include the new application creation of check-in,detailed information enrollment,fee information recording,information print,and report management.The new application creation of check-in function module includes the creation of application,modify application,view,query applications and print receipts function.Registration of Detailed information function module includes detailed information,modify,query function and upload documents function.Charging module includes the registration fee information function and query fee record function.Information print module includes information preview and print functions.Statistics report module includes financial statements statistics,old information statistics,and performance reporting statistics function.After the completion of the system,functional testing and non-functional testing are implemented.System function test uses black box test method.In non-functional testing part,according to the system non-functional requirements described in the need chapter,professional testing tools are adopted to simulate the user testing,so that it completes non-functional testing of the system.The results show that the effectiveness and safety of the system meet the design requirements.Pension institution management information system has been running for a period of time.It can realize the function of creating check-in application,detailed information input function,the function of the fee information,statistics report,so that it achieves expected goal of pension institution management information system construction.The using report shows the very good results.Security,usability and reliability of this system can meet the requirements.Pension institution management information system has helped a number of pension institutions to achieve the information technology work and improve the efficiency of work of and the level of work. |
