As the development of information technology,all kinds of technology and innovation constantly improve the quality of people's lives.At the same time information industry produces a large amount of data.People into the Internet,big data related technology to solve problems in a wide range of industries,driving the development of the industry.Park public rental housing is all within the park,the park in accordance with the conditions of rental housing tenants to provide the appropriate rental services,but the entire campus housing management is not reasonable,to solve the perfect?In this paper,by using the Web technology,the Internet of things technology,as well as the big data technologies,such as building a wisdom park management system,to improve the current situation of lack of public housing management,wisdom park housing subsystem is a key part of the system.By building a house subsystem management platform,unified management on park public rental housing.By using Spring MVC to build the park houses subsystem Web client,improve the efficiency of park building management.At the same time,the Web client supports multiple operating system platform,makes the park building management is more flexible.Through to the water meter and entrance guard system,all kinds of equipment data acquisition,storage,subsystem for park building data statistical analysis provides the basis.Considering the demand of high availability subsystem,subsystem of module partition,various modules are deployed in different Tomcat container,and a dual redundant deployment,provide services to the upper client by means of a RESTful.Use Nginx forward service request,thus guarantee the various modules of high availability and load balancing,at the same time also is advantageous to the maintenance of the system.At the same time,in order to improve the security of the system,based on CAS and Shiro single-sign-on mechanism is introduced.Collected by means of web service interface of the hardware system runtime data,considering the Web Service used for data acquisition interface continuous high run concurrently,the Web Service independence,as an independent module,external services.,to ensure the stability of the system.My work is mainly in the early stage of system requirements research,and according to the requirements and the actual situation of the application and other technical personnel to discuss the system's technology and the overall structure.After determining the system requirements,system technology,system architecture,I also participated in the distribution of coding personnel,and they also served as a majority of the coding workload.Finally,the system is deployed in the actual application environment,and the system deployment test,has been put into practical application environment,to achieve the desired purpose.
