Design And Implementation Of Evaluation Eystem For Mayor's Public Telephone Work

With the development of society and economy,The mayor's public call which is a link between the government and the people,is even more important.However,due to limited staff,and the amount of information generated daily too large.How to combine the complex evaluation system with the e-government,and match with the original management system,has been unable to get a good solution.At present,Changchun municipal government mainly rely on third party survey company satisfaction rate,feedback rate survey of subordinate units,although some can reflect the evaluation index,but in order to more accurately reflect the actual working conditions of all network units,reduce artificial judgment and participation,through a combination of the management platform and evaluation system,and design the development of a complete system has become the main target of our study.On the basis of analyzing the original evaluation plan,visiting the specific staff and analyzing the previous demand,We have formulated the principle that the person being evaluated is responsible for the extra points,and that the evaluation person is responsible for the examination and deduction,and that he is responsible for himself.On the basis of this principle,a bonus item was reported and two times,and finally included in the evaluation results,and a deduction item must be supported,to avoid inaccurate results caused by personnel errors.The sum of extra items,deduction items,external data items and the special work items in the system constitutes the evaluation results.This method is more accurate and comprehensive,and reflects the work of the person being evaluated.The system researched and developed in this paper is written in PHP language,and adopts B/S framework and Think PHP framework as a whole.Page design using HTML,CSS,Java Script,j Query,Bootstrap and other front-end technology and programming language,the database using My SQL,so as to achieve beautiful,easy to use,stable effect.After the use of related staff,has been recognized and praised.
