Research On Intangible Cultural Heritage Archiving Strategy

The intangible cultural heritage is created by the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in the long-term production and life practice,and is the crystallization of the wisdom and civilization of the Chinese nation.The protection of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance to the inheritance of Chinese civilization and the development of advanced socialist culture.The formation of intangible cultural heritage is a long-term historical accumulation process,if the loss of its survival and development of space and conditions,will face the danger of extinction.Therefore,the effective protection and rational development of intangible cultural heritage has become an urgent and important cultural project.The intangible cultural heritage is the basic work of intangible cultural heritage protection,which directly affects the survival and development of China's intangible cultural heritage.Baoding is a cultural city with a long history of more than three thousand years.Therefore,this paper focuses on the filing of the intangible cultural heritage in Baoding City,summed up the present situation of the intangible cultural heritage of Baoding City Heritage filing work experience and deficiency,and conducts a comprehensive investigation by the representative of the national intangible cultural heritage project area and within the scope of intangible cultural heritage protection and archiving work.Then summarized the existing problems of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives and the corresponding solutions.This thesis discusses from 5 aspects,the first chapter mainly introduces the background,research significance,research status,research methods;the second chapter introduces the content of filing and working principle,the meaning of the filing of the intangible cultural heritage of the intangible cultural heritage is discussed;the third chapter discusses Baoding City situation,the intangible cultural heritage of Baoding City filing of intangible cultural heritage and the lack of experience and filing problems;the fourth chapter discuss the intangible cultural heritage archiving strategy,mainly from six aspects: speeding up the construction process,strengthen the filing standards of the intangible cultural heritage archives collection,establish coordination mechanism,encourage public participation in the filing of non heritage archiving work and improve the degree of information filing work of intangible cultural heritage,strengthen the intangible cultural heritage inheritors filing work etc.Finally,the paper makes a summary of the research on the field of intangible cultural heritage.
