Container plant factory is small,in In this small space,there are environmental control equipment and Cultivation of frame.Through the intelligent control technology to control the environmental factors.The development of plant factory in China is slow down than the other countries such as Europe and the United States,Japan.China is a student,we began to study plant factories from around 1990,after entering the new century,we learn the plant factory environmental control technology from foreign countries,and plant factory in our country is mainly in research stage,but the research is of great significance.PLC is widely used at core controller combined with the PID algorithm in the micro plant factory control system,which leads to high cost and low accuracy due to the characteristics of strong coupling and long time delay of inner environment,and the results are generally desirable.The design completed the plant factory control system based on micro controller named LPC2368,in the aspect of hardware,the project completed the design of the controller hardware circuit,including the design of core circuit,the serial communication circuit,date storage circuit,isolate output circuit.On the software side,transplant the embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-II,and write the application software of the controller on the basis,the touch screen production company provide software to build the human-computer interaction interface development,Environmental factors can be modified at any time by the touch screen parameter and look at the historical data.Temperature and humidity,which play a crucial role in the process of plant growth,are selected as the research topics after a comprehensive analysis of characteristics of environmental factors in the plant factory.In order to solve the problem of thermal inertia,the concept of Ramp time is proposed.For the temperature and humidity coupling problem,the use of temperature and humidity linkage control,in reducing the humidity,the first increase in temperature and then reduce the humidity,and finally summed up the different circumstances of the plant plant environment factor control logic,to solve these problems.Through a long period of experimental operation and by doing experiments have proved that the control logic has a better control effect.
