Research On Integration Of Land And Resources Information System

In the process of promoting its information construction,some Land and Resources Bureau builds a large number of heterogeneous systems.Accordingly,problems arise one after the other,such as the difficulty of interoperability between systems,the repeatability of information system construction,the problems of “information island”,the risk of operation and maintenance and so on.Therefore,solving these problems,responding to the increasing personalized demands timely,and ultimately realizing management and delivery of the overall business management and delivery in time,have become the primary task of the information construction of city bureau.On the basis of general application framework of the development of XXX City Land Resources Bureau,the integrated platform is constructed in this paper: using SOA architecture design idea to make the design of the information system of land resources integration platform;relying on Java EE technology to develop the system business module;meanwhile,encapsulating the business module with the help of Web service technology to realize loose coupling between modules.In the process of constructing the whole system,information standard system and information security system are strictly abided.From the “meet the status quo needs,taking into account the future development of the departure”,intergrated business application data,provides comprehensive and personalized information portal.System is based on ESB service framework to achieve the application platform's open architecture,makes unified user management and identity authentication to continue supporting the future development of the land and resources management business.In this paper,we study the design and implementation of land resources information system integration platform.This paper mainly includes six parts: introduction,an overview of related technologies,system requirements analysis,overall system design,detailed function design and realization of the system.The basic contents of this paper is as follows: the integrated information portal,unified user management,control center and data sharing and exchange.Based on these contents,in-depth analysis of each subsystem and detailed design of its function are made.In addition,the technical framework and database of the land and resources information system are designed in details,which both reflects the advanced nature of the platform and meets the requirements of the high-level management of land and resources information management.
