The Research And Contemporary Value Of People's Press Thought Under Marx's Philosophy Of Law

The systematic press thought,which was proposed by Young Marx in the Rheinische Zeitung,can be called the people's press thought.It was supported by the logic of Marx's philosophy of law.Marx's people's press thought is an important part of Marx's news thought,it's not out of date and playing a significant guiding role in the developpment of current news media.Studying the people's press thought can not only perfects Marx's news thought system,but also makes more healthy and orderly progress of socialllistic news career.The research object of this paper is Marx's people's press thought.The study methods of this research are text analysis,comparative study and historical analysis.Choosing to use the logic of Marx's philosophy of law to interpret the people's press thought is the innovation of this paper.The paper starts from the contemporary Chinese ecological public opinion and gets back to the people's press of Marx.Firstly,it analyzes the background of Marx's thought on people's press.Secondly,it combs the thoughts of Marx's philosophy of law and analyzes the three dimensions of rationalism philosophy of law,ration,freedom and rule of law.Thirdly,this paper trys to find the people's news paper thought connotation under the logic of Marx's philosophy of law,which is characterized by ration,aimed to the freedom of the press and guaranteed by the rule of law,and then evaluates the thought of dialectically.Finally,this paper ponders over the contemporary value of Marx's people's press thought,insisting on journalism's People Character,defining the function and orientation of supervision by public opinion and building a rational web public sphere.
