With the development of aerospace technology,the requirement of spacecraft attitude control accuracy is getting higher and higher.As one of the common actuating mechanisms of spacecraft attitude control system,the control moment gyro has higher and higher demands on its output torque speed and accuracy.As an important component of the control moment gyroscope,the driving performance of the gyro gimbal driving system directly affects the overall performance of the control moment gyro.Based on specific project,a gyro gimbal driving system is designed and implemented by using permanent magnet synchronous motor and vector control.In this paper,Firstly,the research status and development trend of control moment gyro and control moment gyro frame driving system are introduced.Secondly,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor under different coordinate systems are deduced in different ways and the coordinate transformation relationship of the different coordinate systems are built.The principle of simplified space vector pulse width modulation algorithm is analyzed,and the detailed realization process is discussed.By the way,through simulation in MATLAB / Simulink,the correctness of the principles and the realization process are verified.With the previous theoretical analysis,a control moment gyro frame driving system driving system is designed,basing on vector control and simplified space vector pulse width modulation technology.What's more,to test the designed three loop(current,speed and position)motor drive system,a simulation mode is established in MATLAB/Simulink/Simpowersystem.By adjusting PID parameters,the simulation system exhibits good dynamic and static performance under certain conditions.Finally,by selecting the relevant semiconductor chips,drawing the hardware schematic and PCB board,then welding and debugging,the drive system hardware platform is built.Based on the built hardware platform,in the Code Warrior V8.3 integrated development environment(IDE),C language is used to realize the software programming of the control moment gyro gimbal driving system,and achieved good practical results.
