This thesis adopt international up to date general standard of Data Mining. Using ASP.net language, constructed opening DM general system, MyDM, which accord with OLE DB for DM specifications and PMML standard. The system can use any DM algorithm which according with OLE DB for DM specifications and can gain DM model result which according with PMML standard. This thesis using VB7.0 language wrote the SQL-based association rule optimize algorithm. Compiled into DLL document that be joined into MyDM system's bin directory. The algorithm is accorded with OLE DB for DM specifications and PMML standard.The thesis surveyed resident housing complexion of City ShenYang on Aug. 2004. These surveyed data were taken out and saved in SQL Server Database. The thesis using Microsoft Analysis Services System's MS decision-tree and MS cluster algorithm. And the thesis developed MyDM System's association-rule algorithm. Mining these survey data. Gained a lot of worthy model and rule. These models and rules impersonality reflect at present ShenYang City resident's requirement on housing. These rules have more society and economy worth for programming and selling of realty market.
