With the rapid development of computer science and technology over the past decade,more and more related technologies are now being applied to all walks of life."Military and political science and technology,national defense information" also with the trend of the information age in the major military areas,while responding to the18 th "military technology military,military and civilian integration" approach,the military logistics management system update and optimization also needs put on the subject.The original "Jinan Military Region military oil supply management electronic service system" has been running for more than ten years,some problems have been exposed,the need for relevant information technology to join the update to be improved,such as the current part of the relevant business still need to manually participate,logistics warrior due to combat training or other factors can not guarantee real-time accurate input information;oil transport part of the non-intelligent processing,relying entirely on empirical or artificial analysis of the operation of the deployment,a waste of oil,time and other resources.In order to realize the necessary requirement of "high quality and high efficiency",on the basis of the oil management system to upgrade and optimize,the collection terminal uploads the collected oil quantity data to the server through the wireless transmission technology for storage,management and data prediction.According to the data in the server,the oil use and storage of the army were analyzed,and the time series decomposition method was used to optimize the oil distribution management scheme to achieve local oil consumption and oil reserves data forecast.Based on the current oil surplus of the joint guaranty point,supplemented by the predicted oil situation,by using the genetic algorithm to the automatic allocation of distribution between guaranteed oil supply reasonable planning.To ensure the optimal path will be assigned to each oil joint guaranty point,so as to improve the level of intelligent management of oil supply,reduce the transportation cost.Or the shortest possible time as the core requirements,the establishment of relevant transport methods to ensure the efficient,stable and accurate oil transportation in emergency state,improve work efficiency.In this paper,based on the original system platform transplantation,by addingcommunication technology,data prediction,path optimization algorithm to optimize the supplement,the initial realization of the intelligent management of electronic service military oil supply system,improve informatization degree.This system reduces the demand for the logistics personnel,improve the accuracy and real-time of the data,and optimize the data of oil reserve information,improve the efficiency of allocation and reduce the waste of resources.On the aspects of the oil transportation path recommended for transport to the most convenient soldiers optimization method.The system can make the military area resources get more resources and improve the efficiency of the whole oil system.
