Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of mobile smart terminals,WeChat has basically replaced traditional paper media and become the main way for people to obtain information resources.The Mwe media" platform developed by WeChat is also favored by capital.The number of enterprise mergers and acquisitions that complete the strategic transformation of traditional enterprises through the merger and acquisition of "we media" enterprises is gradually increasing.New opportunities also mean more challenges.Due to the unique business and profit mode of we-media enterprises,new opportunities also mean more challenges.Since we-media enterprises operate mainly on the mode of traffic aggregation and traffic conversion,user value is the core value of we-media enterprises.However,the existing valuation methods ean only be used for industries with clear financial data and sound business logic profit model.As an emerging industry relying on WeChat platform,it i5 difficult to accurately estimate the value of "we media" industry by using the previous valuation model.Therefore,based on previous literature and research results,this paper improves the Internet industry valuation model and builds a valuation model that can accurately and reasonably measure the attributes of we-media industry.The core issue of this paper is how to evaluate and measure we-media assets in a more scientific way.In view of this problem,this article mainly carries on the exploration research from four levels.First of all,this paper summarizes the previous valuation literature and relevant important achievements,and evaluates the applicability of the existing Internet research achievements to the we-media industry.Secondly,the definition,attributes and development status of we-media industry are briefly introduced.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of we-media industry and relevant financial data,the core value of we-media industry—user value is found.The user value is divided and quantified,and the original Internet valuation method is improved to lead to a new valuation method.Finally,this paper introduces the case of "we media in the quantum cloud",applies the new valuation measurement method,compares the result with the P/E value given by the asset appraisal agency in the case of merger and acquisition,and makes an in-depth reflection on many factors affecting the fair value of "we media" assets.The main findings of this paper are as follows:based on the traditional valuation methods and Internet valuation methods,this paper constructs a new valuation model of we-media platform,which can reasonably consider the influence of the core user value of we-media on its enterprise value.For further improving the existing Internet valuation theory has a certain role in promoting.To some extent,the new valuation method combines the company's operating conditions and can effectively quantify the user value,which can more effectively reflect the value of media enterprises.
