With the development of sensor,computer,motor and control technology,the robot has a smaller size and powerful Function.Robot applications everywhere in life,The educational robot is New teaching tools and C hildren's intelligence development tool which to cultivate students' comprehensive ability and the development of children's intelligence.This paper introduces the design and imp lementation of a humanoid robot,Mainly includes O verall scheme design,servo bus protocol,robot subsystem design,action recording subsystem design,wireless control subsystem design and system test.In this paper,the design of the educational robot using serial bus connection of the servo joint and control module.Serial bus simplifies the internal wiring of the robot and makes the robot control more simple and flexible;robot servo joint using PID closed loop control technology,PID control technology enables servo joint to achieve high precision position servo system;The wireless control system using Arduino and NRF2401 wireless module to achieve the robot;Robot integrated USB2.0 interface,High speed communication between PC software and USB2.0 interface;PC action recording software through the USB2.0 interface to achieve the robot's motion recording;The robot automatically plays the action by playback.The robot motion frame is stored in packet mode,Storage space saving repeat action frame by grouping storage,The combination of action gro ups enables robots to achieve more complex movements.
