AVQ Company's Information System & Architecture Design Cloud Based

Nowadays,global is involved into cloud computing technology and its rapid development and warming day to day,so that build and develop a more powerful data center is to become trend and leader in IT industry.Global technology giant,Amazon,Microsoft and Google's products are being transformation is to become information and service and application provider.This changing indicates cloud computing is a trend,which traditional information model is going to be full replacement in near future.Meanwhile,domestic enterprises,ALIBABA,TENCENT also actively participate in construction of cloud computing and standards definition.Not only is for international ones,also local IT companies see it as a significant development direction of IT industry next ten years,even longer.In this paper,using AVQ and its existing information systems as an instances in order to discuss implementation plan of information systems and cloud computing architecture based.Firstly,analysis of current system architecture and business background,founding series of problems such as systemic agile,asymmetric information,incomplete data,system extensibility and cost control.As goal,solve the problems that limited to the company's business development and management and proposed cloud computing technology as necessity.Secondly,leverage SWOT methodology to do comprehensive analysis cloud strategy from internal and external in for dimensions,strength,weakness,opportunity and threat as standpoints for AVQ computing cloud service achievement,and propose three service models(Saa S / Paa S / Iaa S)in computing cloud as overall thinking framework for goal achievement.Apart of that,extend the detailed architecture and solutions around systemic principles of AVQ computing cloud,which is began at cloud service provider selection,cloud service and IT management integration,architecture design,business and resource transformation and combined with three service models on different phases.Namely: Saa S is being used for product and service transformation,and Paa S provide development and application interface for AVQ business,and Iaa S integrate kind of infrastructure resources,then share them in order to achieve system integrity,business transformation,cost controllable,resources sharing and finally goal is to become an industry leader instead of follow one.Lastly,define computing cloud evaluation index and impact evaluation standardization.The results shown AVQ is able to effectively expand the market share,industry position improvement and business goals achievement,when the cloud services strategy implement.This study can be seen as guideline to lead enterprise apply computing cloud from theory put forward to be implementation and expansion at enterprise level.
