Product innovation is an essential element in the development of modern enterprises.The basis of product innovation is knowledge innovation.In this era of rapid development of information technology,the demand for the amount of knowledge is increasing,so it is urgent to solve the problem of rapid access to a large number of related areas of knowledge.Scientific effect knowledge is summarized from a number of previous scientific principles and patents.Effect is a knowledge-based tool in the theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)that can help and inspire designers to implement innovative design of products.According to the analysis of innovation in the field of design effects expression of scientific knowledge,relationships and professional terminology in the field where the effects of creative thinking between function plays an important role.Science and technology literature gradually become the focus of the acquisition of knowledge,but the traditional information extraction system to identify the information has knowledge element,the concept can not form a complete knowledge point.The extracted knowledge can not be organized according to certain semantic relations,and formed a complete chain of knowledge in the knowledge base,and can not directly use in the field of innovation.In this thesis,regard the science and technology journal abstracts as effect knowledge extraction objects,which proposes a method that is based on HowNet semantic relevancy and model-based sentences matching rules.Analyzing the scientific effect knowledge ontology repository structure,and acquiring effect knowledge expression characteristics.And a large number of scientific papers journals are analyzed,with science and technology journal articles as an object of scientific effect knowledge extraction and analysis the expression characteristics of this kind of document content.Uses lexical analysis and part-of-speech tagging method,summed up scientific and technical journals abstracts sentence model rule.Scientific effect knowledge,function property term and the concept of semantic relations extracted from the semantic level,and the extracted knowledge shall be carried out in accordance with the triad RDF ontology in the form of expression.This paper constructs the knowledge ontology library,ands compares the effect knowledge and the knowledge structure of the ontology library,so as to realize the automatic filling of the effect knowledge ontology.And designed a system model in the scientific effect knowledge extraction,basically achieved periodical document knowledge extraction.Through the analysis of the experimental results show that the method has certain validity and usability.
