In recent years,online social network has become an important medium of information propagation,Sina Weibo and other APP become the public platform of information exchange and topic discussion for the user.Due to the freedom and openness of the online social network,the user's sense of responsibility is weak,irresponsible remarks often occur in the network.These remarks cause the network public opinion events.It has became the important regulatory object of the network supervision departments of the public security organs.Therefore,the research on the process of information propagation on online social network is gradually attracted domestic and foreign academic attention,becoming one of the current hot research topic.For research information propagation process,usually takes from the study of the characteristics and laws of information propagation.According to the information propagation law construct information propagation model.So you can more accurately simulate the process of information propagation,and provide a basis for further research.This research takes Sina Weibo as the example,analyzes deeply the process of information propagation,including propagation subject,object and environment.Summarize the characteristics and laws of information propagation of online social network.Through the results of the analysis and the summary of the law,we construct information propagation model.The model based on survival theory,take information propagation in online social network as the epidemic spread process.Computing the probability of the nodes spread information by survival function,and then computing information transmission rate.To optimize the model,we take the assortativity value as the factors of information transmission rate,bring in the covariate including certification attributes,amount of Weibo,amount of forwarding and amount of fans,emotional attributes of information,and time penalty coefficient,choosing exponential distribution,to simulate the process of information propagation.Meanwhile applying the model,we can infer the path of information propagation,and then discover the underlying relationship in online social network.In order to ensure the accuracy of the conclusion,this research chooses the Sina Weibo topic data in recent years and verifies the conclusion.Simultaneously,in order to test the effectiveness of the model,the INFOPATH model of the SNAP group of Stanford University was selected and compared with the model of information propagation based on survival theory.We choose Recall Precision Value and F-Measure as the evaluation index of the model.Through the comparative analysis of the experiment,it is proved that the model proposed in thisresearch is effective and feasible.Modeling information propagation based on survival theory is helpful to the research on Sina Weibo topic propagation.
