With the development of the information age,key nouns such as computers,technology,mobile phones,Internet and social networks have become the related proprietary pronouns in people's daily life.At the same time,the products of these information age and the convenience they bring are also obvious to all.With social network as an example,its successful construction and application make people contact and communicate with each other more conveniently and quickly in their daily life.Online social network applications such as We Chat,QQ,microblog,and other online social networks have brought convenience to people,but also change the way people communicate.Microblog,because its social network application is very extensive,taking it as the breakthrough point to build an appropriate network information dissemination model,it has a positive significance for studying the information propagation rule on online social network and analyzing the information dissemination characteristics on the Internet and realizing effective supervision of network information dissemination and so on.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)In the analysis of the influencing factors of forwarding behavior,this thesis proposes a Susceptible-Carrier-Infectious-Recovered(SCIR)information model based on the influencing factors of forwarding.By analyzing the characteristics of the five forwarding behaviors,such as message forwarding,user influence,individual trust level,content similarity and effective forwarding rate,we give the calculation formula of the influence of behavior.The behavior influence is applied to the proposed SCIR model,and its value is changed into the value of the internal propagation rate p of the I node directly as a C node.By contrasting Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered(SIR)model and SCIR model in BA network,WS model and Sina microblog three network environment contrast experiments,it shows that SCIR model is better than SIR model in information dissemination network coverage or transmission stability.(2)The background of single layer of network online network of information dissemination to co-ordinate the overall situation,the overall analysis propagation of network nodes,but in view of information dissemination is localized and specific,comprehensive study of the simple network still has limitations to describe the information propagation process in actual network,so Doubt-Trust-MistrustSusceptible-Infected-Recovered(DTM-SIR)layered network model is proposed in the thesis.The virtual network includes two layers,trust layer and information layer,and information layer as the auxiliary layer is actually empty out,the individual above it and information layer of individuals belonging to the sameindividual,because of the different functional layers and attribute differences,while the actual communication layer is data layer,just because of the influence of trust level the information transmission rate and network coverage is significantly improved SIR model.Based on game theory,the transformation factor in the trust layer's individual state is introduced into the differential equation of epidemic dynamics.Through the comparison of models,it is shown that the DTM-SIR proposed in this paper has good applicability.
