With the rapid development of Internet technology,an increasing number of people communicate with each other through the Internet and social networks are becoming an important way to deliver information in their daily life.Many social networking sites,such as Twitter and Sina,attract hundreds of millions of users and generate a huge amount of information every day.Social networks is changing the way of communication between people,the concept of life and the way of information propagation,and it has became a current hotspot.In social networks,users have different characteristics,which lead to the various attitudes of users.The attitude will be changed during the process of information communication,which affects the propagation of information process.Social networks make wide coverage and great convenience to information spreading.Although the characteristics of social networks make more convenient for positive information promotion,it also makes a convenient way to spread bad information.Therefore,how to describe the process of information propagation in social networks and how to control information propagation become the focus of current research.Based on the characteristics of social networks,two aspects of research in this thesis is as followed:By analyzing the influence of different users' attitudes on the propagation of information,an information spreading model based on node attitude is proposed.Firstly,the node attitude and renewal principle are defined according to social learning theory,and the node state transition rule combining the SIRS model of infectious disease dynamics is given.In the simulation,Sina data sets was used as the experimental data.The simulation results show that the attitude of the node affects the information spreading.It is proved that the proposed model can more accurately describe the information transmission law.Based on the characteristics of information propagation in social networks,a propagation control method based on the exact controllability theory is proposed.The user's intimacy,authority and interaction frequency are used to give weight to the edge.According to the impact of weak ties in information propagation,the weight of the network to be updated.Then this thesis use the exact controllability theory to find the driver node group,and select the set of driver nodes according to the characteristics of information propagation to control information propagation.Finally,the simulation results show that the influence of the proposed propagation control method on the promotion and suppression of information propagation,and the effect of different control time are also verified.
