Memristor is the fourth basic circuit component,which is used to describe the relationship between the magnetic flux and charge.Spintronic Memristor is a new type memristor based on the effect of Spin Transfer Torque(STT).In the paper,we study the related characteristics of memristor,especially on the spin-related memristor,and we also propose a new type of spin-related memristor.The main results are as follows:We studied the basic characteristics based on the charge-controlled and flux-controlled memristors.The results show that,pinched hysteresis loops were observed for both of the memristors,and meanwhile the parameters and input frequencies can influence the features.In addition that pinched hysteresis loops were observed for all memristors,and the parameters and input frequencies can influence the features.Meanwhile,we also studied the spin transfer torque effects by solving the LLGS equation.By this way,we got the relationship expression in polar coordinates and studied the related features considering different parameters in the equation such as current,damping factor,anisotropy field Hk.Through the analysis of the oscillation frequency and f-Icurve,we studied the effect of different parameters on the spin transfer torque.We introduce a new type Spintronic Memristor based on the phenomenon of N ion migration in Fe2-3N.We propose the model of the device and analysis its electric properties.Meanwhile,we studied the feasibility and studied the fundamental properties of the nitride materials,which lay the foundation of the spintronic memristor based on N migration.
