Shapingba District is the scientific and cultural area of Chongqing,and science and technology industry is the core competitiveness of this area.There are a large number of scientific and technological achievements which belong to colleges,universities,enterprises and research institutes in Shapingba,the achievements need to be managed.In the past,the way of delivering the paper material to manage achievement is not conducive for the exchanging information of each other,and it might cause the information missing,the way is low efficiency.A large number of achievements can not get the right channels to promote the transformation,while some companies need specific technology,and they can not find a suitable way to obtain the specific techonoly,either.Achievements need a platform to place and advertise.Therefore,using information technology to establish a Management System of Scientific and Technological Achievements(in short of MSSTA)is a quite necessary way to increase the efficiency of achievements archive and management,and promot the supply of achievements and business needs.At the same time,there are a number of electronic attachment of achievements,including text files,image files,audio files,video files and compressed files.To stablely and safely storage these static documents in the cloud platform is also a challenge.The traditional file system management mode is based on the directory tree,which is not easy to share with the other subsystems of the IURP.And in the future,with the expansion of achievements,traditional file system will reach the bottleneck of performance and functional expansion easily.So the paper use the Swift object storage to manage the achievement attachments.Based on Chongqing Information Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base Construction and Science Support Demonstration Project,the paper puts forward the corresponding demand,design and accomplish the achievements after investigating of the existing advanced achievements management system and the actual work of the MSSTA,and the system is deployed on the cloud platform.The work are as follows:(1)Analyze the mainstream file storage technology(DAS,SAN and NAS)in the cloud platform,and compare it with the object storage respectively.By studying the design and structure of the object storage technology,analyze its application scene.(2)Build the development and runtime environment of OpenStack Swift object storage.And Study the method of invoking the RESTful style Swift API based on HTTP,and Swift is used to accomplish the attachment management module of the STAMS.(3)Combining the requirements analysis and detailed design of the STAMS,using the Spring,Spring MVC and Hibernate framework to accomplish the system's three-tier framework design,and finally deploy the STAMS on the cloud platform.
