With the rapid development of satellite remote sensing, high-resolution remote sensing data has grown at rate. The amount of data at unprecedented speeds PB level rapidly. With the development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing data has been and is closely related to people’s daily lives. Domestic and foreign governments, companies also put a lot of manpower and financial resources, to explore the efficient storage and application of massive remote sensing data.Because a single file large remote sensing data, processing complex, many kinds of products, and many other issues, therefore, in all aspects of remote sensing image data fast transmission, storage, management, data sharing, data distribution, etc. are facing enormous difficulties. Storage and use of satellite remote sensing data, etc. are facing enormous challenges.To solve these problems, this thesis mainly done the following research:1. Though analyzing the key technologies of Swift framework, in-depth understanding of the internal principle of Swift, made a deep research and Analysis on its characteristics, architecture, main components and principle analysis, to lay the theoretical foundation for the design of cloud storage platform in line with the characteristics of remote sensing image data.2. According to the idea of Swift, according to the characteristics of remote sensing image data of a single file larger, design of remote sensing data cloud storage strategy, provide high reliability, dynamic scalable service, path includes a mapping relationship between design distribution of remote sensing data and virtual disk space mapping relationship, the storage node and a virtual disk space allocation has been how to construct a remote sensing image data in remote sensing data cloud storage platform, realize the efficient storage and fast retrieval of remote sensing data.3. According to the characteristics of remote sensing image data processing process is complex, the feasibility of remote sensing image data automatic storage study mass, and puts forward a method of order and sub task combined, deployment site service cluster, completed by the site service cluster decompression, remote sensing image data metadata extraction and metadata information storage, image data and thumbnail of storage and other operations. The final completion of the remote sensing image data of large quantities of automate transformed into the storage.4. Study on Application Programming Interface of Remote Sensing Data Cloud Storage System. Remote sensing data cloud storage system provides data query, download service.users can view or obtain remote sensing image data by the API.
