With the development of the times,information technology is widely used in many fields such as petroleum,chemical industry and electric power.However,due to the relatively independent operation environment and platform of industrial control system,its safety is often neglected.In recent years,with the development of enterprise information,management and control network more in-depth integration,the platform is also more open,information technology in the traditional industrial control system optimization and upgrading to provide an important support,but also brought a lot of problems,worms,Trojans,Hacker attacks and other network threats on the impact of industrial control system intensified,a new generation of virus intrusion production control system has become a threat to the steady development of production and operation of a major security risks.In this environment,this paper puts forward a kind of security controller which can be used to control the information transmission between the terminal information points in the industrial control system,such as information leakage,information tampering and illegal information intrusion in the information transmission network of industrial control system.Industrial Control Network Security Controller.Firstly,it clarifies the security problems existing in the industrial control network at home and abroad,and analyzes the practical significance of the industrial control network security controller development to the current society.Lists the existing industrial control network security technology and products on the market,and then describes the existing use of a wide range of encryption algorithms.Secondly,this controller uses TCP / IP protocol as the basic protocol of data transmission,in the data transmission and unpacking and packaging process using mixed password algorithm to encrypt and decrypt the data.This paper focuses on the TCP / IP layer protocol,especially the IP layer at thenetwork layer,the TCP,UDP protocol of the transport layer and the unpacking and multiplexing in the data transmission process.Thirdly,the design of the controller is described in detail,including hardware design,software design scheme and software development and debugging process,and implemented in C language.This paper introduces the cryptographic algorithm suitable for this industrial network security controller,introduces the AES cryptographic algorithm and the RC4 cryptographic algorithm used in the hybrid cryptographic algorithm.The algorithm of the mixed cryptography algorithm,the encryption and decryption process is described,and its security performance And computing performance were analyzed.Finally,the controller performance test and equipment performance test,the results show that the industrial network security controller has achieved very good results.
