Research And Implementation On The System Of Evaluating Distributed Storage System Data Reliability

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,data shows a trend of explosive growth.The damand for massive data becomes more and more serious.And many distributed storage systems have been developed to meet the demand and applied in the actual production.With the increasing data volume,the distributed storage system scale is expanding.Once the system fails,a large amount of data will probably be lost.Therefore,data reliability of distributed storage system is need to be evaluated,in order to ensure the protection of data meets the specified criteria.After analyzing evaluation methods of the data storage system reliability,the existing methods still lack of consideration on some data reliability factors.To solve these problems,this paper analyzes data reliability technology of distributed storage system and evaluation methods.Then,a model is provided to evaluate the reliability of a given distributed system,and a distributed storage system data reliability evaluation system is designed and implemented.Details show as follows:1.A model is provided to evaluate the reliability of a given distributed system,whichis named Successfully Accessing Data Probability Model.The model adopts thesuccessfully accessing data probability as the evaluation index which can be usedto evaluate the data reliability of the distributed storage system.2.We research on the influence of data reliability strategy used in the distributed stor-age system on the data reliability,which is validated by Experiments.3.A data reliability evaluation system for distributed storage system is designed andimplemented.And it has been applied in the disaster recover system.
