Knowledge Acquisition And Application Of Household Appliance Based On Hybrid Reasoning

With the continuous improvement of the living standards,in the face of numerous household appliance products in the world,the cost of the decision making for customers to choose a reasonable price,complete functions,simple and easy to operate product is getting higher and higher.Because the household appliance industry has been completed from the past stages of functional toward a more intelligent and efficient stage.Heavy technology and brand development way for China's household appliance industry is undoubtedly a correct choice.But it virtually increases the cost of the decision making for customers,the vigorous development of household appliance industry has brought the division refinement,and it has made the brand of household appliance for customers to choose increasingly rich,in the face of various products of the household appliance enterprise resources,the cost of the decision making for customers to find the real right household appliance will be more and more high.It is because of the actual situation,this article first to choose the knowledge acquisition in the household appliances and the application status to analyze,and found that the current major household appliance enterprises pay more attention to the knowledge acquisition in the production and manufacture of products,but ignore the knowledge acquisition in the end of household appliance industry which is purchasing a household appliance.However,the purchase of household appliances is a very important service for the production of various type of services for users,but also to the user's first impression of the service.In order to reduce the cost of decision making,this paper introduces two kinds of reasoning technology based on Case-Based-Reasoning and Rule-Based-Reasoning and makes a detailed introduction.In the advantage of Case-Based-Reasoning and Rule-Based-Reasoning,put forward a hybrid reasoning technology based on cases and rules which can check the household appliance products information.The research work is carried out from the aspects of reasoning process,the similarity of reasoning examples,the determination of inference rules and the realization of reasoning methods,on this basis,the use of “JAVA+MYSQL” framework to build a household appliance purchase system.And take the washing machine as an example to verify and illustrate.The application results show that the acquisition of home appliances,knowledge acquisition,reasoning method is a meaningful exploration,the proposed hybrid reasoning based on case rule provides a new direction for household appliance enterprises.
