"Made in China 2025" is the Chinese version of the "Industrial 4.0" plan,intelligent manufacturing,especially industrial robot is the main direction,to promote the manufacturing process intelligent.Industrial robot system integration project has a high degree of integration,customization characteristics,the project implementation process not only need to consider the economic issues,pay more attention to improve the operation and reliability of equipment,pay more attention to the impact on the environment,the project can be implemented well to the extent that the project design is reasonable and feasible.In the program design stage of many alternative designs,how to choose the best solution becomes difficult.It is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the design and make the optimal decision.In this paper,the design of a CNC grinding robot project is selected as the research object,and the existing three kinds of candidate design schemes are described,and the problems in the optimization of design scheme are pointed out.In order to solve these problems,the influencing factors of project design choice are summarized as the factors of owners,technical factors,economic factors and environmental factors,and the factors influencing each problem are analyzed by analyzing the problems.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the use of multi-attribute decision-making theory of these three kinds of design programs to quantify the evaluation,comprehensive analysis of the project design program comparison of economic,technical reliability,the degree of satisfaction of the owners and other factors to get the weight of each program,According to the results of the selection of the optimal design and provide suggestions for improvement.Multi-attribute decision-making theory is an important theoretical method to evaluate the design scheme.It can effectively optimize the design scheme of CNC grinding robot and find the best design scheme,which can help the project to improve the project’s success rate.Through the study of multi-attribute decision-making theory,it can further enhance the level of program design of robot integrated application project and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.The related research results provide reference and reference for the design of other enterprises grinding robot project.
