When the oil fume is not purified,it will emit a large amount of solid particles,increase the content of smog in the atmosphere,and will also discharge a large amount of harmful gas into the atmosphere,endangering the health of the human body.Therefore,this paper designs the on-line monitoring system based on cloud computing to monitor whether the smoke is purified.The overall design scheme is composed of three parts: oil fume collection and display equipment,cloud storage software and monitoring center software.The Oil fume collection and display device is through embedded system by STM32F103C8T6 microprocessor chip,using TGS2600 gas sensor and GP2Y1050AU0 F fume Solid small particle sensing module gather lampblack gas concentration and lampblack solid small particle concentration,in OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,organic light-emitting diode)display,at the same time,the embedded system through the serial port connection(GPRS General Packet Radio Service general packet radio service)module,transmits the data to the cloud;Cloud storage software is located in the cloud server,using cloud computing services to store the received data and send to the monitoring center;the monitoring center through the Visual software is written by Visual Studio 2013,first,the cloud software establishes communication,then it receives the data from the cloud software,applies data conversion,data error processing,data fusion and other algorithms to deal with,in the form of figures and curves displayed on the interface,and according to the national catering industry lampblack emission standard judgment to give the alarm when exceeding the standard.The system from the oil smoke collection and display equipment to the cloud,then from the cloud to the monitoring center of the function of the test have been achieved.Due to the addition of the data fusion algorithm,the data is more reliable,At the same time,the smoke collection and display equipment and monitoring center joined the cloud storage data,not only simplify the equipment but also reduce transmission costs.A small restaurant was selected for field testing,according to the data obtained can be drawn: the smoke concentration before purification are higher than the national standard of 2 mg/m3,the relative concentration of the purified fume is lower than the national standard.Therefore,the design of this system is of great significance in the real-time monitoring of oil fumes.
