Exchange Of Clinical Information And Decision Support In Distributed Environment

With the development of information technology,the electronization of medical institutions are becoming more and more popular.For the sake of providing or reciving better medical services,it is necessary to realize the sharing and exchange of clinical information.However,the heterogeneity of medical system,the problem of data standard,transmission format and data format is not unified,which seriously hinder the transmission of clinical information.The exchange and share of clinical information,the medical service staff can obtain information about the patient at any time and any place.Moreover,the integration of clinical data is the premise to realize the clinical decision support system in distributed environment.Clinicians in various medical institutions can make more reasonable management decisions on the basis of the integrated clinical data of patients,so as to effectively reduce medical malpraxis and provide omnibearing medical services to patients.Based on the HL7 CDA standard,this paper defines a general clinical document structure template,and the mapping of CDA and database solves the problem of exchange of clinical information.In addition,there are some limitations in the knowledge and negligence of the clinicians in medical institutions,the use of clinical decision support system can effectively solve this problem,and the application of clinical decision support system can provide better medical services,while reducing medical costs.Therefore,in the medical service,give full play to the advantages of knowledge base and clinical decision support,clinicians can improve the enthusiasm of using clinical support system and improve the level of medical service.In this paper,we choose hypertension as the case,design the knowledge base of hypertension,study and design the clinical decision support system for the patients with hypertension in the distributed environment.Firstly,in this paper,through the study of HL7 medical information transmission standards and clinical document structure of CDA standard,on the packaging of clinical information documents with CDA standard,based on the ideology of bidirectional conversion between CDA and database,the CDA document is generated and analyzed,so as to realize the sharing and interaction of clinical information in heterogeneous system.Secondly,On the basis of data integration and interoperation in heterogeneous systems,in this paper,a general framework of clinical decision support system in distributed environment is designed,and the key modules are introduced.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the design,we based on the Hubei Provincial Care Platform,use multi-agent technology to coordinate the work of various medical institutions,take hypertension as a case,define the knowledge base and the database,describe the clinical scene of the patients,and realize the exchange of clinical information and clinical decision support in the distributed environment.The result shows that the proposed method can provide integrated patient data for clinical decision support system under the distributed environment,combine with the knowledge base tomake more accurate decisions.At the same time,it is of great significance to solve the problem of obtaining clinical information in the process of clinical decision in distributed environment.
