As it is inconvenient for the doctors, the clinical practice guidelines are not fully applied, then the clinical decision support system emerged. How to realize the automatical execution of guidelines has become a research focus of clinical decision support. We use the computer-interpretable guideline modeling language to model the clinical practice guidelines. Then the decision support system can use the computer-interpretable guideline to help doctors to make decision. We use the SDA to model the procedural knowledge and use the ontology and answer set programming to model the declarative knowledge contained in the clinical practice guidelines.The main researches of this thesis include:1) Improving the SDA~* model to make it a convenient and powerful way to model the procedural knowledge convered in the clinical guidelines.2) Building the knowledge base which contains the declarative knowledge in the clinical practice guidelines based on the ontology and the answer set programming.3) Giving the decision support algorithm based on the knowledge base we have built.The main contributions of this thesis include:1) Giving the definition of the improved SDA~* ——aSDA~*and convert it into answer set programming. Then we execute the aSDA model based on the answer set programming.2) Proposing a method to model the diagnosis knowledge and build the medicine knowledge base using the answer set programming and the ontology.Finally, we chose the pulmonary thromboembolism?community acquired pneumonia? chronic obstructive pulmonary?turtle lung?bronchial asthma?therapeutic pneumothorax to construct the knowledge base to validate our method.
