Industrial robot is a kind of automation equipment which is widely used in modern manufacturing industry,it collects machinery,control,sensors,and many other advanced technology in a group.Therefore it plays an important role in the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry in our country and the transformation of the region.The feeding operation of liquor is the key link in liquor brewing.The pros and cons of feeding would directly influence yield and quality.In view of the demand of current liquor making enterprises to feeding automation equipment is urgent;this article designs a new kind of feeding robot.Firstly,according to the specific instructions on the operation of the factory and feeding practical,the mechanical structure of robot was designed,then we used the software of Solidworks building its model;Then the robot structure model is simplified according to the mechanical model,and then the kinematics and singularity analysis were also carried out,obtained the kinematics equations and singular positions of the robot;and then we used Matlab simulate its kinematics,obtained the information of the workspace,dexterity and transmission performance of the robot.Vision system and control system is also an indispensable part of the robot.We chose the infrared camera as the image collector robot according to the actual situation of the barrel,and used Matlab for image processing to get the gas leakage position;In the choice of control system,we chose PLC as the controller of the system,to control robot arm for feeding and feeding;in the last,we cooperated with the company produce the the robot entity and the actual brewing experiment was carried out,The experiments shows that using the robot for feeding,the rate of wine making is quite on yield compared with artificial feeding,the quality has been improved to some extent.
