In today's society,robotics technology has been growing in popularity in all walks.A branch of motion control technology as the robot subject,has been developing vigorously.Servo control system in the manufacturing sector,for example,welding,cutting,workshop scheduling,robot operation,has been widely used.Mechatronics development trends driving the development of movement control innovations.Therefore,motion control research for the development of mechanical and electrical integration have long-term significance.The content of this paper is by"PC + motion controller" control,motion control board sent pulses through directives to control servo system,complete control of precision.This paper introduces the robot theory,including the trajectory of robots,robot inverse kinematics problem of positive solutions,and lay a sound theoretical basis for follow-up experiments.Secondly,this paper describes this experiment selected Advantech PCI-1240 motion control card,through the basic introduction to the theory of motion control card detail leads to the calling card of the built-in dynamic data link DLL functions,so as to achieve the purpose of control.Experiment was finally chosen by the motor through an introduction to electric motor selection,selection of motor engineering practice for the future laid the theoretical foundation.Required by this article and servo motor motion control card system hardware connection when finished,host PC using LABVIEW virtual instrument software platform,a software program.In order to test the "PC+ motion controller" control accuracy,writing lines,arcs,and continuous interpolation and simulation.Through the simulation results are compared to the actual turning of the motor,verify that"PC+ motion controller" control method of high-precision,high-accuracy.
